Santosh left her body on 10th June 2012 at age 88.
She was the mother of Neerja and Bhadra, and the grandmother of ‘little’ Siddhartha.
Tributes
When I took over Deeksha’s Meditation Centre in Geneva, Neerja and little Siddhartha had already left for Pune, but Santosh stayed behind. This gave me the opportunity to organise a few meditation weekends at her chalet and visit her quite often on my own. She taught me some very special yoga exercises which I went on practicing daily for very many years. Being foreign to that part of Switzerland and feeling lost at times Santosh gave me that support which I needed so badly. For this I thank her, belatedly, and wish her a wonderful journey onwards.
