Find a quiet corner, sit with your spine straight, close your eyes and start observing your breath, a gentle breath coming in an out through the nose. Scan your body from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet and then back up again. Watch the sensations in the body that are always changing… Every moment you are in the present moment. You can watch your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions passing like a cloud across a bright sky. No attachment, no labels.

Nisarga (aka Eryk Dobosz) graduated from the Warsaw Polytechnic. In 2008 he left his job as an engineer to travel, participate in self-development workshops and to train in various massage modalities. He is the co-founder of the Integral Body Institute in Poland.
