‘Mystic Rose’

Music

Premgyan presents his song inspired by an early morning in the countryside. Video by Suryam, vocals by Sangit and Premgyan.

Mystic Rose emerged in springtime last year when on a beautiful morning I looked out of the window of our country house. In the distance lake Ammersee shimmering in blue colours, the sun-lit hills around, the tall trees, the birds chirping, opened my heart and the first chords happened on my guitar all on their own. By and by, while singing and diving more and more into the space of the melody and mystery, this song came into being.

Lyrics

And the sun is shining in my heart
while the rains are caressing my soul
And the sun is shining on this land
while my laughter keeps rolling on and on
while my laughter keeps rolling on and on

And the sun is shining on the sea
while the winds are caressing my soul
And the clouds are dancing with the trees
while my tears keep rolling on and on
while my tears keep rolling on and on

And the sun is shining in my life
while the light is caressing my soul
There’s a breeze of freedom on this hills
while a Buddha is watching on and on
while a Buddha is watching on and on

Sangit and Premgyan, “have been lucky”, as they say, to play for many years in the Osho Leela Band in Munich, and also in their satsang combo Lake Lotus Band, where they had the chance and inspiration to create many ‘songs of the heart’. For the last two years they also played the satsangs during the Meera Art Events in Munich.
