During a darshan Osho says, “Whenever you start thinking of the future and the past too much, just relax and pay attention to your breathing.”
“My own observation is that a runner can more easily come close to meditation than anybody else. Jogging can be of immense help, swimming can be of immense help. All these things have to be transformed into meditations,” stated Osho.
In darshan, Osho suggests a meditation to a sannyasins, “Get more and more in tune with the stars: whenever there are stars in the night and the night is clear, just lie down on the earth and look at the stars.”
“Before you go to sleep in the night, just lie down, turn the lights off, lie down under your blanket, and feel your body is dying…. Start feeling that great light is entering from the head, golden light – as if suddenly a sun has risen and it is pouring all its gold into you,” suggests Osho to a visitor in darshan.
