Humour — 20 December 2018

Little Mordecai and his father are taking a walk through their neighbourhood in Brooklyn.

Passing many houses, Mordecai admires the Christmas trees displayed in their neighbour’s windows and asks his father, “Daddy, can we have a Hanukkah tree?”

“What? No, of course not.” says his father.

“Why not?” asks little Mordecai.

Bewildered, his father replies, “Because the last time we had dealings with a lighted bush we spent 40 years in the wilderness!”
