The fear factor

Anil is in a Mumbai hospital for an operation.

When he is rolled back from the operating room among much fuss by the nurses, Pranaya in the bed next to him asks, “Why did you run away from the operation table?”

Anil says, “The nurse kept on saying ‘don’t get nervous’, ‘don’t be afraid’, ‘be strong’, ‘this is a small operation only’, things like that.”

“So what,” says Pranaya. “What was wrong about it? Why were you being afraid?”

Anil cries out, “She was talking to the surgeon!”
