When I start a collage, I often have no preconceived ideas. I just let myself be inspired by the play of chance. With nail scissors I cut out figures and backgrounds that appear in front of me spontaneously. Then I mix the motifs until a thematic space of meaning emerges that symbolically expresses the issues that I am currently occupied with.
Since a while I have had the feeling that something is being ‘channeled’ through me in the form of images…
