The city’s seasoned fashion entrepreneur, Sangita Kathiwada, has many things going on at her Altamount Road boutique. From organic gourmet food pop-ups to a bookstore dedicated to Osho’s teachings. The bookstore is now a year old, but Kathiwada has just started meditation lessons. This takes place every Thursday and anyone is welcome, moreover the first 20 people enjoy the lesson complimentary.
“I’ve been going to Osho for 14 years now, I go there every six or seven weeks,” says the lovely lady. “The Osho store sells books and music, and is a great place of silence – like a little oasis – in our noisy busy city. Do come.” Right from Sufi whirling to breathing exercises to lessons on accepting death. If that’s not your cup of tea, perhaps a little retail therapy?
