Pune police filed a report to close the court case about the allegations that a will, attributed to Osho, was forged. Published in The Times of India on October 12, 2018.
MUMBAI: A division bench of the Bombay high court on Thursday rejected a petition seeking a CBI probe into allegations that Osho’s will was forged.
The court was informed that the Pune police had filed a ‘C’ summary report before the magistrate to close the case. The bench observed that the petitioners could challenge the report if they desired by filing a protest petition. Pune resident Yogesh Thakkar, who claimed he was a disciple of Osho, had filed an FIR at Koregaon Park police station in 2013 alleging that the will was forged and crores of rupees had been misappropriated.
