Fast rising awareness about 5G abolishment

Rather than merely reading headlines about 5G while having their morning coffee, people worldwide are now engaging themselves with the issue and voicing their concern, calling for a stop of the implementation of this latest generation of cellular mobile communications; several petitions launched in various countries are up and running.

Latest news comes from Belgium’s capital Brussels, a city of more than 2 million citizens. The city hosts the official seats of the European Commission, Council of the European Union, and European Council.

Brussels has stated that they are stopping the implementation of 5G over concerns for their citizens’ health.

Céline Fremault, the Minister of the Government of the Brussels-Capital Region, responsible for Housing, Quality of Life, Environment and Energy, is quoted to have said:

“I cannot welcome such technology if the radiation standards, which must protect the citizen, are not respected, 5G or not. The people of Brussels are not guinea pigs whose health I can sell at a profit. We cannot leave anything to doubt.”

The Brussels region has particularly strict radiation standards for telecom applications. The standard of 6 volts per metre has already led to problems in the past with providing fast mobile internet via 4G in the capital.

Disclose TV reported that Brussels is the first major international city to block 5G. Dozens of local governments have passed legislation to prevent or restrict 5G rollouts due to health effects. Environmental Health Trust lists legislation from 21 local governments in the USA. In addition to this, on March 13, the Portland (OR, USA) city council demanded that the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) update its research on the health and environmental impacts of 5G.

Also, hundreds of scientists are trying their utmost to sound the alarm and warn people of the possible risks to their health. Dr. Martin Pall, WSU Professor Emeritus is one of those raising the alarm. Vital research he has conducted lays out the mechanism of how wireless radiation causes harm in our cells. Furthermore, he has called 5G “the stupidest idea in the history of the world” and concluded that the “5G rollout is absolutely insane.”
