(15 May 1959 – 22 August 2023)
Ma Bodhi Nisarga from Bangalore was a selfless, dedicated Osho sannyasin. She translated 75 books by Osho from English to Kannada and published a monthly magazine, Osho Vachana, also in Kannada language. It started in April 1996 and in 2002 it grew from a 16-page booklet to 40-page issues.
Nisarga ran the Osho Nisargam Meditation Centre in Bangalore, organising meditation camps.
She died at the age of 64. She looked peaceful in her death. As per explicit wishes, her body was donated to medical students for research.
Keerti, who had sent us this message, says, “She was the best translator of Osho’s discourses from English to Kannada language.”
We wish her a happy journey to her new abode.
The second photo is a still from a video taken at the Osho International Resort on 21 March this year.
More Tributes
Maa lived her life in a rebellious way. From when she was 8 years old till her death she taught us much. Her death has also been a learning for me. She showed a path of life and how to travel.
Thank you so much for your abundant love and care.
I love you so much, Maa. I wish you a happy journey.
