Newly released by Osho Tapoban Publications, Mystics & Miracles is a beautiful expansion of Bodhisattva Swami Anand Arun’s previous autobiographical works, Lone Seekers, Many Masters (2015) and In Wonder with Osho (2017).

This time Arun widens our horizon with little-known facts about his enlightened Master Osho, as well as about a pantheon of well-known gurus, enlightened masters, and true-to-themself ascetics. These include Ramkrishna, Meher Baba, Prabhupada, Madalas the Hermit Princess, PKG from the North Pole, Swami Dev Teertha Bharati, Swami Anand Maitreya, Dilip Kumar Roy, Mirabai, Indira Devi, Sri Yukteshwar Giri, and billionaire yogis Swami Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna, to name a few among the 40 discussed in these 39 chapters.

Other surprises include Arun’s early working relationship with Swami Rama, Arun’s dogged determination to find Monika Devi, a close female disciple of Totapuribaba, and his love and respect for Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, whom he described as “jolly, fresh, and graceful.” As for miracles, it is amazing to find out the real reason Meher Baba went to the cinema, and that Ramtirtha bi-located when in a trance to make a university presentation.

This collection also captures many precious jewel-moments from Arun’s life previously known to just a few. For example, in a captivating chapter on his lifelong relationship with the Ganges River, he describes his satori experience on the riverbank when he was only 5 years old (chapter to be published on Osho News in full).

We also read that Nepal’s first Osho Center in Kathmandu, the Asheesh Rajneesh Meditation Centre, founded 48 years ago and still thriving today, is in a truly esoteric, magnetic location, and has become a must-see pilgrimage destination for Osho lovers and seekers worldwide. For the first time, the spiritual secrets of this mysterious centre and location are revealed.

A masterful storyteller, Arun takes us, with ease and fluidity, beyond the five senses, beyond mind, beyond the material realm. He shares how he has always been true to his exploration of inner space, the malleable nature of reality, and the friendly invisible forces that shape experience.

Spiritually inclined as a child and adventurous from the start, his numerous brushes with the miraculous lured him to keep going on his unique spiritual path. As if sketched by divine hands, his path of synchronicity demonstrates how life is lived forward but understood only when looking back. The world is much richer for having now access to this personal storytelling of incredible magic, mystery, divine mothering, and vulnerability.
