A Book of Resilience – an international anthology of 500-word personal narratives from global change-makers on navigating adversity – was launched virtually on 8 August 2026 by the London Organisation of Skills Development (LOSD). The book’s core message – to remain “Unbreakable, Unstoppable, Unyielding” – speaks to the triumph of the human spirit over hardship.

Among the contributors is Swami Shailendra Saraswati, Osho’s younger brother and founder of Osho Fragrance. His article offers a perspective on Osho’s life, presenting adversity as a catalyst for inner awakening and growth. Its inclusion alongside stories from eminent figures worldwide marks a significant moment for bringing Osho’s philosophy to an international readership.

The virtual launch opened with remarks from LOSD CEO Dr Parin Somani, who spoke about resilience as the foundation of success – learning from life’s challenges, managing oneself through difficulty, and continuing to move forward. Also taking part was Tushar Kumar, 23, the youngest Indian-origin mayor in the UK.

The book’s physical launch, alongside the LOSD Excellence Awards – Harvard Edition, took place at Harvard University on 15 August 2026.

Swami Shailendra has long been engaged in spreading Osho’s meditation, philosophy and message to a wider audience, and this is another sign of his tireless endeavours.
