A sweet Portuguese dessert with a surprising name!

This is a very unusual yet easy to prepare dessert from Portugal. Marta, an intern from Portugal whom we met in the Himalayas, prepared it one evening without revealing the translation of this delightful sweet. Eat it first and then look it up on Google!
Makes 4 to 6 portions
Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk
4 egg yolks
6 egg whites
Roasted almonds (optional)
Preparation
Boil the can of condensed milk in a pressure pan covered with water for 40 min (80 min in a normal pan).
Whip up the six egg whites until stiff.
Let the can cool off a bit before opening, pour the condensed milk in a bowl and mix in the 4 egg yolks.
Blend egg whites in softly and put in the fridge for about half an hour.
You can add bits of roasted almonds to the mixture and on top.
