Sixteen-year-old Omar is one of many unaccompanied minors living in the Calais “Jungle” camp. Published by BBC on May 24, 2016.

Omar hopes to join relatives in the UK. He told the BBC the story of his journey from Syria and drew some of his own experiences. The producers have worked with him to bring these drawings to life.
