Ma Yog Priya (Smt. Anusuya Jasani) left her body in Toronto, Canada, at age 91.
Originally from Nairobi, Kenya, she took sannyas in the early seventies together with her elder sister Ma Prem Siddhi. They used to meditate with other sannyasins at the Nairobi Osho meditation center run by Ma Manju. (Siddhi left her body in 1985. Osho had said to her: You have already attained self-realisation through love; now you just celebrate your bliss.)
A few years later, the younger sister Yog Priya moved to Canada along with some of her relatives.
Keerti writes: “Whenever I went to facilitate Osho meditation camps in Toronto, I used to visit her. The last time it was a few years ago, before covid. Her apartment was like a small temple. She had received a charan kamal (a metal cast of Osho’s feet) which she had beautifully displayed next to photos of Osho. She was mostly living alone, but a sannyasin in her twenties, Ma Atika, was always present and looked after the older Ma, and with so much dedication!”
