In this guided Tibetan meditation given to us by Osho, you will experience that life goes on without you, you are not as important as you think!

It is tremendously liberating, especially for people who feel they have too many responsibilities and not enough time for themselves.

The meditation ends with feeling yourself dissolving into a cloud of bliss, letting go into a deeply peaceful relaxation.

Anando is a former attorney and a businesswoman who quit her lucrative and successful worldly careers in the mid-1970s and traveled overland to India, where she met Osho. She lived with Osho in his two communes in Pune, India, and in Oregon, USA, for fourteen years. She worked in the commune kitchen in Pune and was chosen by Osho to be one of the mediums in his energy darshans in the late seventies. She was also part of his personal household in the eighties, traveling with him on his world tour and was one of his secretaries and caretakers in the last 4 years of his life. Anando is also one of the women in the ASHA foundation, UK, list of 240 influential, inspiring women from all walks of life and from around the world who are outstanding in their fields. She is the author of the book, Osho: Intimate Glimpses.
