Ageh Bharti writes about a recent event
Osho is really omnipresent. I have experienced it a dozen times and have written about it in my books. But now I am reminded of another instance that shows how Osho takes care of those who really love him with their whole heart.
It was the end of October 2023 when Swami Dhyan Yatri with his wife, Ma Atmo Debaki, and a friend, Swami Prem Sahaj, came to Jabalpur from Nepal to meet me. Afterwards we would go and bow down to the Maulshri Tree under which Osho had attained his enlightenment. They had also planned to visit the Narmada waterfall, enjoy boating, visit Gadarwara where Osho lived from the age of seven until his matriculation, and then travel to his birthplace, Kuchwada.
They were staying at my home, and they had planned to visit the Narmada River on the afternoon of the following day. I was not going to go with them. But only ten minutes before their departure, I suddenly felt like accompanying them. This made them very happy.
After enjoying the waterfall, we went to the pier (which even Osho has praised). On the pier, dozens of boats were waiting for passengers; but one of them appeared to be almost ready to leave, just waiting for a few more people.
We decided to go on that boat. As we boarded, a white-haired old man wearing a light saffron kurta bowed down to touch my feet. I raised him up and hugged him for some time. He was warm and overjoyed. I saw that his eyes were wet from happiness.
I asked him to introduce himself. He said his name was Swami Dhyan Virendra, that he was from Mau, and that he had attended three meditation camps facilitated by me. He said he had been in Jabalpur for the previous three days.
He also introduced his son and his two granddaughters, who were in college. Their plan was to take the evening train to Satna to see me. My God! I then told him that I had left Satna back in February 2015.
Oh! It was such a beautiful example of Osho’s grace. Otherwise this 79-year-old man would have travelled to Satna with his son and granddaughters, and then been badly disappointed. And then, not knowing what to do in Satna: return to Jabalpur, or go back to his home town? (a 430-km ride).
Really, it’s certainly not a coincidence that I met them in Jabalpur. Considering that I had said to my Nepali friends that I was not coming along…
It’s Osho’s grace for a heartful disciple.
