Tantra teacher Satya Puja’s signature retreat is now available as a full online course, opening 17 September 2026

Satya Puja has been busy recently, creating Rekindle Love, an at-home online course based on her residential Making Love Retreat which she has been offering for the last 30 years in the Swiss countryside.

The course covers the same material, and in the same order, taught by her, on camera in a studio. It lasts nine weeks, with 55 video lessons; that’s more than 21 hours of teaching. (There is no fixed schedule; it can be spread over nine weeks or longer, depending on the couple’s own pace.)

Each week of Rekindle Love is centred around one pillar of the practice. Couples begin by shifting from mind to body and discovering the inner body, anchoring that embodiment and bringing awareness to how they actually make love. They learn the Love Keys – simple ways of opening to their own bodies and cultivating presence. They develop emotional intelligence, learn to separate love from emotion. They uncover the foundation of tantra itself – the body’s magnetic design – turn toward sexual healing, and arrive at living love with tools, not rules, so that what has been practised can be carried into daily life.

“This is not a course about learning new techniques or achieving anything. It’s about rekindling qualities that already reside within you. Over nine weeks, you and your partner will learn to shift from ‘doing’ in love to ‘being’ in love, in the privacy of your own home. Each week rests on one pillar of the practice, building on the one before. Take your time, be patient with yourselves, and let the body, not the mind, lead the way,” she writes. “It’s an adventure and a discovery.”

Rekindle Love is built on talks, guided bodywork, couple practices, and a simple daily challenge. A course companion journal is sent to participants, with a two-page spread for every day of the journey.

Puja and RajaSatya Puja (aka Diana Richardson) has been teaching tantra to couples since 1993. Her eight books have sold more than a million copies in thirteen languages, and her TEDx talk, The Power of Mindful Sex, has passed a million views. Brigitte Magazine in Germany named her one of the top three experts on love worldwide.

Until now, the full body of her work was available only in person, at the retreats she and Ghandaraja (aka Raja or Michael) have led in Europe, which admit a limited number of couples and now run with waiting lists. More than 15,000 couples have been through them.

Enrolment for Rekindle Love opens 17 September 2026, alongside the Living Love Symposium – a free four-day online gathering running 17 to 20 September at rekindle.love/symposium.

Rather than everyone starting the Rekindle home course at once, couples are given access on a rolling basis, in the order they register, so that each one can be welcomed and supported properly. Everyone who registers during the launch window of the Rekindle Symposium will be inside the Rekindle home course by the end of October.
