Grab a notebook and write down everything that you have. Tangible and intangible. And don’t stop till you’ve exhausted the list of what you already and really have.
Plan on it taking more time than you think!
Then, with that experience and understanding, stand or sit still, breathe, and just feel the body.
Most probably, that will be the feeling of gratefulness – and an escape from taking many things for granted.
