Ageh Bharti reports on a Press Conference held in Jabalpur where he proposed two name changes
In a Press Conference in Jabalpur, on 20th October 2024, Swami Ageh Bharti expressed his request to the MP Govt to rename the city’s Bhawartal Garden to Osho International Park in memory of Osho who had become enlightened in said garden under a Maulshree tree.
In addition, he expressed his wish to have the city’s name changed from Jabalpur to Jabali Oshopuram, in the hope that the economic and spiritual growth of the city will be raised through this change.
Ageh Bharti had invited the magician Anand Jadugar (alias Swami Anand Paramhans) of international fame, to hold the main chair. His presence and his strong support for this cause, helped raise the tone and interest in the Press Conference.
Anand Jadugar reminded the audience that Bhawartal was nobody’s name – it actually means ‘a pond with a whirlpool’. The name could therefore be easily changed, and without delay.
Many thanks to Swami Anand Santosh, of Madhya Pradesh Police, who has been of great help in managing the practicalities for this occasion.
