Healing the Body and Awakening Consciousness with the Dalian Method: An Advanced Self-Healing System for a New Humanity
Expanding Universe Publishing, 2014

Mada Eliza Dalian has truly discovered The Miraculous, in her own life and in a powerful healing technique, which she is now ready to share with the world. Healing the Body and Awakening Consciousness with the Dalian Method: An Advanced Self-Healing System for a New Humanity begins with the story of Mada’s long spiritual search and her own awakening. It goes on to tell us how she developed The Dalian Method (DM) over many years of explorations of the human condition and healing sessions.

Mada explains clearly how physical ailments of the body are the result of blocked energy, itself the result of stored trauma in the form of unconscious beliefs and repressed emotions which we hold in the body’s organs, muscles and its very cellular structure. Mada’s work aims straight at causes and what follows is the miraculous disappearance of symptoms. The key to her work, is that she views “consciousness (not the body or mind) as the ultimate source of health and wholeness…. By releasing the repressed fears, negative thoughts, emotions, and beliefs from the body and the unconscious, DM helps to uncover the original state of consciousness, which is always healthy and whole.” Consequently the causes of pain and suffering are eradicated.

Mada Dalian is a natural-born medical intuitive. However, unlike many in the healing world, she is not as interested in new individual clients as she is in sharing her method as widely as possible. She has developed the system in such a way that we, you and I, can use it on ourselves, whenever and wherever is most appropriate for us. With the self-healing DM, we can uproot the causes of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual pain and suffering. Mada’s generosity in offering us DM is only outshone by her clear writing and explanations.

Before instructing us in use of the DM, Mada provides evidence of its effects in many case studies. As you will read, DM has been incredibly effective in treating the most difficult of problems, such as: asthma, thyroid issues, fibromyalgia, ulcers, cancer, addictions, chronic pain, fear anxiety, depression, weight issues. It has even been employed with someone hospitalized on another continent, with fantastic results.

The case studies describe how layers of repressed and sometimes contradictory thought-forms and emotions manifest themselves through illness. When they are brought into consciousness and expressed out loud, along with use of a particular form of inhalation, verbal expression, and exhalation, they lose their power to darken our lives and allow us to uncover our inner beings.

The Dalian Method bypasses the mind and works directly with the unconscious to free us from physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues and symptoms. DM also works with the chakra system and the whole body. Mada describes clearly how DM differs from both conventional and complementary treatment systems. She even relates the results of an experimental study of the method and its effectiveness.

The most important part of this book and two CD collection, however, is the step by step guidance for use of the Dalian Method. The Workbook section leads you through preparation, explains the key components of the method, prescribes post-session integration exercises and provides a list of Frequently Asked Questions and answers. On the CDs (full 98 minute and abbreviated 74 minute versions), Mada’s gentle voice guides you through the entire process.

I can personally attest to the effectiveness of the Dalian Method from my own experience using it to considerably reduce chronic pain in my right leg. I know that with the public release of this package, we will see a revolution in how healing is handled. It is a new age and it is time for people to take renewed responsibility for their own healing. It is long past time to find effective healthcare alternatives to expensive drugs and procedures that only handle symptoms. It is definitely time for the emergence of a new self-healing modality available to all. Hopefully, this will only be the beginning of the transformation of much pain and suffering into consciousness and health.
