As we are publishing this artwork posthumously we thought of accompanying it by the bio Adina had posted on her website:

I am a dilettante, “a person who de-lights in light” in all its myriad forms.

I appreciate and value the visual world around me, and I also take pleasure in reading and listening to thought-full languaging. Seeing is one portal, words are another. The two together inspire me.

Since childhood I have traveled the world: Turkey, Japan, Iraq, Finland, Nepal, Ethiopia, India, Venezuela, Bali…. Global multiplicity gives me the building blocks of much of my art.

For the last thirty years I have experimented with a variety of art forms in a medley of mediums: tea bags, shaving cream, mosaics, glue art, wrapping paper, painting, photography; publishing an art book, reconfiguring my tiny front and back gardens, collaging a mannequin, creating clothing and wall hangings using drapery samples.
