This month’s planet transits discussed by Marga.

Since May 2022, we have been surfing the 64 Gates while the Sun was passing through them, during the course of the whole year, analysing their meanings and impact on our lives. They repeat every year, almost identical, except for a few minutes difference. (See solar transits 2022/2023)
So, from this month on, we will talk about the transits of other planets and astral bodies, especially when they form Channels or change Gate. Some astral bodies, such as Moon, Mercury, Venus and Mars move quickly; some, such as Jupiter, Saturn and the Lunar Nodes take a little longer; some, such as Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, have an even slower pace.
From 2nd till 7th June, the Sun will be transiting Gate 35, The Progress, and pairing up with Neptune in Gate 36, Crisis Resolution, will form the Channel of Versatility, 35-36, also known as the Channel of Transitoriness. As the names themselves suggest, this is the realm of variety and of the growing understanding that ‘this too shall pass’, be it an experience of joy or sorrow!
These will be days full of adventure and intensity, full of strong emotions, days in which even those who usually tend to be rather lukewarm and cautious may perhaps become more daring and achieve things never done before, or never even thought of! 35-36 is an energy Channel that goes from the Emotional Centre directly to the Throat, giving access to the power of manifesting experiences: this is where dreams may come true – even though they might not last forever! Around these same days, the presence of Venus and Mars in two Gates in the Throat, 56, The Wanderer, and 33, Retreat, respectively, both linked to the talent of storytelling, in some cases may bring literary works to manifestation, as in being published or written. It is said that no experience is ever complete until it gets the chance to be shared with others: perhaps it’s time to put up online that collection of poems or short stories you’ve been keeping in your drawer for a long time… Venus and Mars will follow one another in Gate 33 until the 20th of June, giving us the chance to retreat in its restful and reflective energy field, and perhaps start writing…
The reflective trend will continue as Saturn turns retrograde on the 18th and will be retrograde for a few months. Its presence in Gate 37, Family, will force us to review our position within the family and the various communities which we belong to, and give us time to understand what to keep and what to change.
As we mentioned last month, Pluto is also retrograde and from the 23rd on it will form again the Channel of Mutation, 3-60, this time joining with the North Node. The mutations that started last month will become more inner than outer, even though they might force some of us into shedding skin (or getting a new name!). One important thing: the mutations we are talking about are not the usual changes that occur gradually. 3-60 is somehow an on-and-off kind of Channel that follows its own internal rhythm. It can take us to unknown and unexpected shores, whether we like it or not – sometimes without us even moving an inch. If we were talking about enlightenment, it would certainly be a sudden one!
