After a start to the year that will certainly be marked by emotion, also in the sense of a greater emotional intelligence, due to the presence of Saturn in Gate 55, Abundance, and of the Earth in Gate 39, Provocation, we are heading towards a time that announces itself to be softer and calmer compared to the past four years.
Uranus is still retrograde until the 26th of the month, and we will be able to see and evaluate its gifts only in the following weeks (that might also see a relaxation of the global conflict scene).
We have not yet reached the end of the crazy ride that began in the first months of 2020, but we can already perceive that something is changing and for the better…
On the 9th of the month the Moon Nodes shift from the 42-32 Axis (Increase and Duration) to the 51-57 Axis (Arousal and The Gentle), characterized by two double hexagrams, i.e. made up of two equal trigrams, Thunder and Wind.
Chiron, the small asteroid named after the well-known centaur, adopted son of Apollo, which symbolizes medicine and healing, has also long been on the same Axis. This shift will profoundly change the climate in which we will be living… If on the one hand we might feel restless and uneasy, on the other we will have a chance of awakening from a series of nightmares that may have settled in our psyche.
There is sometimes an addiction to negative thinking, and to looking for evidence that things are getting worse and worse. It is an attitude we must take responsibility for, remembering that the magic of life does not fall from the sky, but rather we create it every day with our trust. And trust, as we know, is not the belief that things will turn out for the best, but that they already are as they should be, and that we just need to realize it and learn how to “dance in the rain”, rather than wait for the storm to pass.
This is something we might have heard or read often, on Facebook or somewhere else, and now the Thunder and the Wind at the Nodes, together with the healing presence of Chiron, are giving us the chance to experience it in person!
The days of complaining and self-victimization are over. Now it’s time to honour our commitment in the face of the Cosmos and to ‘dare to be divine’, as well as human.
For the rest, January will be a month that I would define as ‘transitional’, without any other particularly relevant transits.
