You don’t want to go out

There might be days when you don’t want to go out, you don’t want to leave your room or even your bed. Not because you’re lazy, or avoiding something you don’t want to do, or think you have to do, or you’re sick, or grieving, or depressed.

In fact, quite the opposite. A bliss state lingers for no apparent reason, and you know there’s nothing to do, and nowhere to go.

Even your mind is quiet, with no thought of should or need. No expectancy, no sense of time, no hunger or thirst, your body full, satisfied.

With no desire to sleep or wander dreaming states, you lie, or sit, watching the slightest rise and fall of breath.

As a gift, uninvited, waves of grace arrive to occupy your being and your soul.
